In MMC we thrive to make a difference and make fitness an important part of your lifestyle by setting acheivable goals. Goals automatically motivate an individual to achieve, which in turn becomes a habit!
However some basic questions need to be answered before we fix these fitness goals, some of them include am I really ready for these goals? Do I really understand my goals? Are the biomechanics of body in sync to acheive these goals? Have I mastered the basic fundamental body movements to achieve these goals ?
We use the SMART( Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic Timely) principle to set these goals. This makes you more self aware and helps you work toward your fitness goals in a realistic fashion.
